Perry Hall Estate Sales Particulars   

Sale particulars for the sale of the Perry Hall estate. The estate was sold in 1921 by Fox & Sons, and extended over parts of Perry Barr and Sutton Coldfield. There were over 100 lots, each of which is described, and there are a few photographs of farm buildings on the estate. Kindly loaned to the project from the private collection of John Houghton.
