Boutell's Heraldry has been revised many times over the years by different editors, including Scott-Giles, and those with a keen interest in heraldry will have their preferences when it comes to the editors. Regardless of which edition one obtains, Boutell's is still considered one of the best general books on heraldry. 

This hardback edition, (17cm x  24cm), 316pp., is in Good+ condition, with some bunching of the dust jacket in the plastic wrapper, bumping to the spine ends, small tears in the top spine edge of the dust jacket, and fading to the top stain (originally red).
