Gentleman's Magazine (1731) 

This was the first edition of the Gentleman's magazine, and is so rare that even the National Archives do not have a copy. It contains a summary of events drawn from news-sheets of the day, with many anecdotes on individuals. There is a section of births, deaths and marriages, and much more.
