Hardcover (16.5 x 25.7 cm) 210pp. in good condition. Inscription on front end paper signed by the author's initials and dated 12 November 1945. Some bumping to corners and very minor wear to spine edges.Original brown cloth with gilt lettering. A crease in the larger foldout map in the back. Small tear to the smaller map where it adjoins the spine.
