Huge early directory covering London, Birmingham and Warwickshire. This is part 1, which covers London, and contains Commercial, Court and Official Directories. The Commercial & Professional directory lists traders in alphabetical order, as the Court directory does for Private Residents. The Official directory lists Government officials, and also those in the employ of the Crown. Very detailed for such an early directory (pp 953).
