writers who flourished in the county in the Midlands in the 18th century. Seven
chapters focus on the participants - William Somervile, Lady Luxborough,
Richard Graves, William Shenstone, Richard Jago and Anthony Whistler, with an
opening chapter on the setting. Notes and comments are in the back.
This hardback (21.6cm x 15cm.82pp.) is in Very Good
condition with some edge wear to the top of the dust jacket. Signed without
inscription on the title page.
