Printed on WWF opaque wove paper by St Edmundsbury Press, Bury St Edmunds, and bound by Real Lachenmaier, Reutlingen, Germany in leather with cloth sides blocked with a gilded engraving by Simon Brett. Gilded lettering on spine and three raised bands. Near Fine condition, with a plain brown slipcase with very minor scuffing, (26cm x 19cm), xi-xxiii, 771pp.
